I especially appreciate the intuitive, easy-to-follow, picture-guided wiring instructions, which made installation a breeze.The quality of both the main controller and the float switch is excellent, and the individual ON/OFF switch for manual operation adds a huge advantage, particularly for elderly family members, as opposed to products with a single switch for multiple functions. Imagine water sensor has zero service and poor quality
The Imagine sensor system and associated service is very bad. For installation, no clear instruction are given. On repeated requests also, they could not arrange help though I was willing to pay for their technician visit. The overhead tank would keep overflowing and the sensor would not stop the pump. Finally it was installed in July, after additional expenses on repeated visits of local electriciasn in New Bombay. Local electricians said they are not conversant with Imagine technology. Within less than one month after installation, the controller part began giving smoke. My repeated requests to Imagin failed to get a solution. They suggested to send the system to Ahmedabad for repair/ replacement. Third time when I tried to run the pump in manual mode, the controlled started to show fire and got completely burnt causing other damages due to fire. Thanfully I stopped the fire. Now Imagin wants an invoice which I have requested Amazon to provide. It is best to purchase from a more known company with service network. Imagin have zero service. They leave you completely helpless.

I am writing this review after using the product for more than 6 months. It works really well. One thing that could be improved is both the LED indicators lits up when the tank is full and remains off when it’s empty. If it was possible to make it such that one led indicates full and the other one empty, then it would have been much better. However, even now it’s not much of a problem.

Controller is good but sensor choice is bad
Controller itself seems good and working as expected but sensor choice is bad.It is not accurate and streight forward as it needs to be.One can not be accurate when it will be trigger exactly.This Sensor could be good for low cost application if it work independently. But if you are using controller then accuracy is expected.So I replaced it with low cost magnatic float sensor with some modifications and now controller works fine with accuracy.
