Great Service & Super Quick
The product was non functional upon arrival and it was checked 2 days post receipt. Hence product return was filed for.Within 15 minutes, a call was received from the Vendor Greenfield (Raghuvir) advising corrective action to start the pump. He also sent us a operating video. We took the Vendor on a video call and Raghuvir enabled us to make the spray pump functional.This is truly excellent customer centricity and the help was super quick.Thank you Greenfield.

Poor quality product
Very poor quality. The bottle developed a crack after 2 or 3 days only. The product has become useless now.
