Five Months usage review.I am forced to change my mind as Balwaan Brush Quality is very bad. They use aluminum material which develops cracks even after grass cutting. What will happen if we use other attachments like Saw Blade etc. This is a costly machine 10k price so Balwaan should use robust quality material.My machine shaft lock broke within initial few usages and even shaft developed a crack. Customer care provided support by replacing the lock but they asked to keep using shaft. I was told that if in future shaft causes problem we will see,.After another 4 months shaft crack increased which is obvious to happen and it started rotating 360 degrees again. When I contacted customer care this time, I was made to explain same issue to multiple peoples as every time new person picked the call. Even the video and photos was asked to send to multiple numbers. This all took more than 3 weeks and finally there was video call after long waiting time just to tell that this part cannot be replaced in warranty.So learning is, don’t trust what customer care/technical person tells. Force them to rectify all the issues in one go. I made this mistake as I didn’t force them to replace shaft initially when lock broke and shaft developed crack within 2 weeks of purchasing.Quality is still a big issue. With this quality these damages will happen frequently and finally maintain machine will be very costly.

This machine is perfect for cutting grass and crops as it requires less fuel and work effectively. The best part is it gets start in one go and it is very easy to operate, it comes with three different blades which are amazing and cut with precision. Packing is really good and customer service is excellent.Nut bolts of handle are very tight fitted however it gets open when you put some oil and use extra force to open them.
