Had a few issues while installing,though installation was very easy. But had to change the tap as the device was slipping off from the existing tap.Timer worked with my drip irrigation setup like a charm. One problem still exists. That of slight water leaking from the top of the device attached to the tap. Using teflon seal tape helped. The support line of Agromato company were very helpful and prompt with their answers and helpful tips on WA. Would have given 5 stars if this leaking problem hadn’t been there. We travel a lot and this is working beautifully!!!I’m happy with the product. Hope it works well the same way when I’m out of the countryðGave 5 stars today after trying for about 2 weeksUsed Teflon tape around the connecting thread and the leaking stopped completely,as adviced by the support system if the company. Thank you Agromato for this cool product!!!

I have drip irrigation system for the plants at home. Watering plants during our holiday travel used to be a challange. Therefore, I was searching for a product that could solve the problem of watering plants while we are away from home.After online search and understanding various products, I zeroed down to Aqualin Automatic Garden Drip Irrigation Timer for following reasons:1. It is made in India2. There is a warranty on product3. Description is simple and informative4. Controlls on product are manual, hence durable in all weather. (Press bottons on other products may become faulty with dust and water.)5. Most Economical as compared to similar productsI purchased Aqualin Automatic Garden Drip Irrigation Timer on 5th Feb 2021 and was delivered on 8th Feb 2021The instrument is sturdy and material used is topclass. Looks elegant and very easy to install.Before calling a plumber for permanent installation, I have tested the instrument for 10 days with temporary connections, which was very quick and easy. It gave excellent performance, hence got it permanently installed today.Now Aqualin Automatic Garden Drip Irrigation Timer is taking care of watering plants, and we can go on a holiday without worry of watering plants.One must definitely have this instrument installed in garden, terrace, lawn, office, restaurant, hotel, etc.Truly value for money. Worry free watering for your garden!
Got delivered in 2 days! Awesome! Short term review after installation:Pros:1. The build quality is very good.2. Very easy to install.3. Setting the timer programs is easy once you get the hang of it.4. They provide adaptors for all kinds of taps, so you don’t have to go and get a plumber for just that.5. The plastic shield seems to be water tight to some extent. So don’t worry about frying the electronics if a leak occurs.6. Works even with low water pressure. Some other water timers available online have a valve that requires a minimum of 7ft height difference between the tap and tank to even open the valve. But, this one works well even on the terrace where water pressure will be lower.7. There’s a rain sensor port which can delay watering during rains. Haven’t tried it yet. It has to be purchased separately.Cons:1. The battery compartment gives me anxiety every time I open it. The wires are attached to the battery case. So if you’re not careful you’ll rip off the wires.2. Have no clue how long the battery will last. Some reviews say it doesn’t last long. I’ll update the review after testing.3. The transparent plastic shield is a screw type. So it’s frustrating to unscrew it every time if you want to manually water the plants. It should have been a flip up type.Note: Get a 2/4 way splitter like mine, so that you can still use the water tap without the timer.Review will be updated if any issues occur over the long term.
