Okayish product. Can’t differentiate between badarpur and this sand
Okayish. Not sure how.does a real river sand looks like but it’s neither the construction sand nor the badarpur sand. So can be used gardening but still holds water, some of my succulents died.

It made my soil silty, muddy and sticky
This is not sand. It is 70% clay soil mixed with stones. Instead of making my soil porous and well drained, it made it much stickier. Worst product don’t buy.

Not sand. Bad product
They were mostly stones and just 1% sand. How could this help me with the plants. Not recommended

didn’t work good on plants 🙁
I will write a review as per my own experience. I used this to make potting soil mix. Neither my plants growing nor I getting healthy saplings (even germination fails sometimes). Texture wise this is fine and does look like river sand. The soil does become well draining and soft. This very well improves texture of any soil (even the red soil which is very clayey when wet and rock hard when dry). This sand also has lot of fine powdery dust with it. Therefore this needs thorough washing before using whether garden or aquarium. Though I am not sure whether this will be good for plants even after that as I didn’t try it that way.
