I received this product in a damaged and unacceptable condition.
The black plastic part arrived with a major crack, making it unusable and clearly pointing to either poor quality material or terrible handling during shipping.The red component has multiple white stains, making it look old or poorly stored. It does not look like a new item at all.The shoulder straps R side only, have faded and partially erased branding, as if theyâve already been used or are extremely low quality.
