Catnip is considered to be nonaddictive and completely harmless to cats. When cats smell catnip they exhibit several behaviors: They may rub their heads and body on the herb or jump, roll around, vocalize and salivate. This response lasts for about 10 minutes, after which the cat becomes temporarily immune to catnip’s effects for roughly 30 minutes. FINALLY AMAZING STUFFI have several cats and I have tried several brands and types of catnip. At any one time most of them turn their noses up at one type or brand and FINALLY I found one that all of them not only like they fight over it. Iâm gonna have to order the bigger one next time. I highly recommend this catnip especially if you have picky kittyâs!!! This is definitely quality catnip itâs not powdery, no sharp stems (which was super important for us since a couple kittyâs like to eat it), uniform in size, fresh, and green!!! A must buy!!!!!!
