I was hesitant about purchasing a battery powered tiller but now I’m certainly glad I did. Easy to use and very powerful for a small tiller. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a small tiller to work in your flowers or small garden.

Great tool, but the batteries are a joke. I purchased this specific tool because it came with an extra battery so I could have a backup on the charger while I’m working. So far a fully charged battery (green light on the charger) lasts for about three minutes. I’ll change the rating if the batteries begin working better, but just be ready to be very disappointed if you have even twenty minutes worth of work to do.Edit: The batteries last about 8.5 minutes in compacted soil with weeds. The upside is that the tine wheels are held on with lynch pins and are easily removed and cleaned.

Easy to assemble , had a bit of trouble with the second battery, seems fine now. The tiller works great for between garden rows for weeding. It seems to work well in hard soil as well as softer soil.
