Sturdy and well made. My previous tool had a wooden handle, but I like this metal handle one better plus a good length. Been using it recently and seems like it going to last .Reasonably priced.

great tool for removing crabgrass. You do wind up with holes that need to fill and reseed. There is an injector tool that kills the crabgrass and it dies and withers away on its own.

I didn’t intend to buy a tool of this size – my intention was to buy a full length hoe but I was distracted and just trying to get my order in among a thousand other things.I was pretty disappointed when it arrived but I decided it might be useful anyway so I kept it.It turned out to be extremely useful for my project of excavating a tree stump in an area I needed to build something.It’s very sturdy and ultimately I was able to use it as a hybrid dirt-hatchet. I could loosen dirt with it and I could cut straight through solid roots with it.I did withhold a single star because the rubber grip doesn’t stay on when you really start going to town with it and the idea of loosing control during a swing with those three backside spikes doesn’t sit well with me. I would suggest using some kind of adhesive or tape to secure the grip to the metal if you plan to work in tough soil or roots with it.
