I have had two of these for 3 years and both of them sit outside the house, exposed to all the elements and weather events. The only time they come inside is to refill.They have never malfunction, leaked pressure or failed in any way.The plastic is thick so it can endure many falls even when filled up.

Cheap quality
Within a month in which it was used for 3-4 times, it developed holes at the bottom. This is because of the cheap quality plastic unable to hold the pressure. Tge cracks are very small, which will only drip water when pressure is built up.

This is my second order of the same item. The old one broke after 3 years, not because it’s fragile. But it fell down from a height and the pump handle broke. It’s a wonderful product. Will last for 4-5 years, if maintained properly
