Scam by seller and Amazon
Pathetic service by the seller and Amazon.Even though the item was delivered on time – the delivered item is defective (spring action missing).Requested a replacement and scheduled a pickup of the faulty item. Till date no one from Amazon has come to collect the faulty item nor delivered the replacement- however conveniently they have updated the returns pickup and replacement as âcompletedâ.I again called amazon to raise this complaint and the lady representative said she will escalate this issue and ensure that the replacement will be done. And till date there no sight of the issue resolution.
