This was delivered promptly as a no-return replacement of a wrong product delivered earlier.The smell and the consistency all indicate a genuine, high-quality product. I purchased this for applying on my plants for preventive management of pests. Another way this product stands out is that this is water soluble, so I do not need to add Castile soap or any other emulsifying agents. This is pricey, but very much worth it for the quality and convenience.Update Feb 2021 — I ordered my next bottle and this one did not have the authentic neem fragrance of the previous one. It seems to be mixed heavily with citronella oil. But the composition doesn’t say it. Now I am feeling much less confident about using this on my plants.
